Darren, who’s known for his energetic outbursts, went on a funny rant aimed at Felix during the stream. Taking advantage of the situation, xQc’s fans playfully teased Darren into mentioning xQc’s ex-girlfriend, Adept, even though Darren had no previous knowledge of her.
Adept and Felix have been dealing with a legal matter for the past year. Fans often playfully refer to Adept as the “whale,” and when Darren asked about her during his stream, his chat filled with “whale” comments. This led Darren to say, “You’re in love with an animal?”
For those familiar with IShowSpeed, it’s not uncommon for him to go on amusing rants. In yesterday’s stream, he didn’t disappoint, taking playful jabs at xQc.
Since Darren wasn’t aware of xQc’s romantic history, the chat encouraged him to ask about Adept, leading to an unintentional dive into xQc’s past relationships. When xQc realized Darren had no clue about Adept, he responded with, “Yeah, what about her? Chill the f**k out, man.”

Not knowing who Adept was, IShowSpeed asked his chat, “Who is Adept?” This prompted xQc’s chat to playfully troll Darren with “whale” symbols and spamming the word. Confused, Darren asked, “A whale? Why are they saying she’s a whale? Wait, you’re in love with an animal?”
This isn’t the first time IShowSpeed and xQc have gone viral together. They both represented the YouTube All-Stars XI in the Sidemen Charity Match 2023 in September. However, their performances weren’t great, with IShowSpeed missing a penalty, and xQc receiving a 0.3 rating.
