Erica Herman was born and raised in Florida. According to the Palm Beach Post, she was born and raised in Palm Beach County. She used to be a cheerleader at Santaluces High School in the early 2000s. Herman, like her, went to school in her native state. She went to the University of Central Florida as well as Palm Beach State College. She earned a bachelor’s degree in legal studies in May of 2008.

Despite having a law degree, Herman spent several years working in the restaurant industry. During her stay at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, she began her career in the hospitality sector as a bartender at the Blue Martini Lounge, soon rising through the ranks to become the VIP manager.
Erica apparently attempted to create a chain of nightclubs in Florida in 2010 with two business partners and a local investor, but the venture ultimately failed.
Tiger Woods’ first restaurant, The Woods Jupiter, debuted in August 2015 in Harbourside Plaza in Jupiter, Florida, and Herman was named general manager shortly after. According to Luke Copeland, who used to work at the restaurant where Erica first met Tiger Woods, Erica began collaborating with Woods at the time.

Herman accompanied Woods to the President’s Cup using a “player spouse” credential, which is only issued to the players’ and captains’ partners or spouses. According to Golf.com, Erica not only accompanied Woods on the course during the competition, but she also attended the opening ceremonies alongside the US team’s spouses and girlfriends.
Tiger and Erica made their Instagram connection public after dating for a month. During the game, Woods shared a photo of the two from a World Series game at Dodger Stadium. The golfer, however, omitted to tag his significant other in the post.
In a 2018 People magazine interview, Tiger’s close pal stated. “No one has signed any paperwork” in reference to the duo. They’re not committing to one other or anything else for the rest of their lives. She is, nevertheless, stunning, and Tiger adores her.
