The start of Season 2 brings a brand-new themed event for Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2, and here are all gamers need to know about the start time, tasks, and rewards.
On February 15, Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2’s second season with new maps, gaming types, and weapons launched.
With the start of the new season, a brand-new in-game event also went online, giving players a chance to earn more rewards.

Start Time, Difficulties and Awards in The Way of The Ronin
The new event began on February 15 at 9 AM PST and ended on March 14, per the official Call of Duty blog article. Call of Duty Season 2 Road Map Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 each contain seven primary challenges. According to the author, these are “based on the Seven Virtues of Bushido: Integrity, Respect, Courage, Honor, Compassion, Sincerity, and Loyalty.”
Honor
To unlock this in Warzone 2, the player must complete five dog tag collections or score 100 objective defense kills in multiplayer. You will have many opportunities to score objective defense kills at hardpoint.
Integrity
15 victories in any multiplayer game mode or five top-10 finishes in Warzone 2 are required for integrity.
Sincerity
Five Assassination Contracts must be fulfilled after entering Warzone 2, or 50 kills must be achieved using Battle Rage in multiplayer.
Compassion
Compassion needs 100 supports. To achieve the task in the battle royale, you must revive 20 teammates in Warzone 2 matches.
Courage
To finish this section and earn Courage, you must kill three enemies without dying more than 25 times. By completing three Search and Seizure contracts, Warzone 2 players can pass the Courageous assignment.
Loyalty
As in Modern Warfare 2, revenge kills happen when you kill the person who last killed you; this can demand a little bit of patience and perseverance. Obtaining 50 Operator Personal revenge kills in Modern Warfare 2 is a requirement for the Loyalty challenge. Three downloads must be finished during the Data Heist open event to accomplish the Loyalty challenge in Warzone 2.
Respect
For the Respect challenge, Warzone players must kill three opposing players during a game. The Modern Warfare 2 challenge can only be finished by killing 25 Melee Operators. Both involve playing secretly and quietly.
Rewards
The crossbow is the prize at the end of the Route of the Ronin. There will also be a prize for accomplishing each of the seven separate challenges, although it is unknown what it will be.
Challenges and Rewards in The Way of The Ronin Expansion
New Path of the Ronin challenges are being added to Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 in Season 2 Reloaded. The focus changes from mastering all weapons to the seven Bushido virtues.
- Using an assault rifle, score 125 headshots.
- With battle rifles, score 75 headshots.
- With submachine guns, score 100 headshots.
- Earn 75 headshots using light machine guns.
- Fifty headshots with shotguns.
- Obtain 50 headshots with a marksman rifle.
- Earn 50 headshots using sniper rifles.
- Get 30 headshots with a handgun.
- Earn 30 kills from behind in melee.
- 40 kills for the launcher.
After completing a weapon challenge, every weapon in that particular category gets the Winds of Ash camo. By completing each task, you can earn Bowing Blossoms, a golden weapon charm, and unique camo for every weapon.
