Walt McGrory was a Marvelous and brilliant basketball player who was familiar for his exploits and feats at his High School and University of Wisconsin. Born and brought up in Minnesota, He set the all-time record for his High School basketball team, achieving 2,126 point in 2017. He played as a guard from 2017 to 2021.
McGrory was diagnosed with osteosarcoma which is a rare form of bone cancer in 2021 , Despite the hardship, he Participated in the battle without considering his illness and became an inspiration to so many people ,where people appreciated him not only for his awful Basketball skills but also for his courage and willpower to play a bold champion role not considering any of his health conditions.

In the year 2021, at the age of 22, McGrory underwent a diagnosis that led to a sequence of treatments, including chemotherapy, limb salvage surgeries, and biased leg amputation in April 2023.
Despite his tremendous courage and determination, the cancer spread to his lungs, and McGrory, known for his skills and competence, appeared to suffer from the disease.
The whole time McGrory shared all his experiences transparently, becoming a role model for others facing and combating any health challenges. His legacy extends above and beyond the basketball court, creating a memorable impact all over.

Walt McGrory, the former basketball player in the University of Wisconsin and Edina High School,died on December 16, 2023, at the age of 24. Though he bravely contended with osteosarcoma, which is a rare form of bone cancer, for two years. He was well Known for his tremendous basketball skills and legacy. His departion made everyone sad and Heartbroken.
It was confirmed that the cause of death was osteosarcoma,though he underwent all considerable treatments, that includes chemotherapy and limb salvage surgeries, the combat with cancer continued, ultimately leading to a biased leg amputation in April 2023.
Sadly, the disease spread to his lungs,and he was deferred to the challenges created by osteosarcoma . His inspiring courage and determination created an impact on the public about the rare form of bone cancer, osteosarcoma.
