This federal arrest comes nearly six months after the actual incident. Bowman and 18 others were indicted on state drug and gang charges. He is accused of serving in a management role in the Rollin’ 60s street gang. He is held responsible for conspiring with others to sell marijuana and buy hydrocodone pills.
