Now, it looks like a decade since James Cameron’s hit movies have hit the theatre and completely changed the game for cinema. Sadly, the previous part was knocked off by some other movies like Avengers endgame during summers. But now, it looks like director, Cameron is planning something big for sci-fi fans as they have waited for long for the much-awaited sequel.
Since the sequel got released, it feels like there us been promise after promise for a second installment, several teasers and scare details, leaving all the fans in the lurch making them wonder whether it would ever happen or not.

Cameron revealed the first look of Avatar 2 at 2020 CES Convention in Las Vegas
The director, Cameron has revealed the first look of the movie sequel at the 2020 CES convention in Las Vegas. After that, the images were shared on social media giving the first look at our return to Pandora, showcasing new tropical islands, green forests and new water creatures.
The movie’s official Twitter account has also shared the images of a sea-based world this week, which were retweeted by Cameron.
The tweet read like

The trailer of the movie is still to come, but the images are giving us a clear view of how the movie would like to be.

This time the things will move on from the events of the 2009 blockbuster, with Cameron confirming last year that the sequel will be set eight years later which means Jake and Neytiri now share an 8-year-old daughter. Avatar 2 will introduce the Metkayina, a new Na’vi clans ruled by Tonowari (played by Cliff Curtis) and many more surprises to come in the upcoming sequel.
Whatever it is, it looks amazing and we just can’t afford to miss. The movie is set to hit cinemas on December 18, 2021.
