Based on his post, it was tough for NBCUniversal to lose its chief. Also, Jeff Shell was ousted over this claim by a CNBC anchor.

Furthermore, the CEO praised the president of Comcast, Mike Cavanagh. According to his talk, Mike will take care of the NBCU, replacing the exit of Jeff Shell. “NBCU is so lucky to have Mike as a chief. He is a fantastic human being, and most employees know him well. His main job is to work closely with the management team at NBCU.”
On Sunday, April 23, Comcast announced the termination of Shell. According to them, the female employee complained about the chief for his inappropriate conduct with her, including sexual harassment.” Thus, the company fired the chief and informed him that they won’t pay any severances.
