“I needed to take some weight off,” Ben revealed, expressing his motivation to embark on a healthier lifestyle. He recounted an incident during an interview when his shirt wouldn’t stay buttoned, which propelled him to intensify his efforts towards a healthy life. Reflecting on his health journey, Ben shared concerns over his health, particularly before a shoulder surgery in 2022. Ben’s weight loss journey began in 2018 after the birth of their first daughter, Helen, resulting in a remarkable loss of 55 pounds within a year. The couple recently welcomed their second daughter, Mae, in May 2021.
