American Husband arrested! It seems that the man has killed his own father-in-law in one of the most gruesome ways possible. Apparently, the man who was in Indonesia at the moment beheaded his father-in-law.
Needless to say, this news has sent shockwaves all over the internet. Netizens are still trying to figure out the reasons behind such gruesome acts.
American Husband Arrested After Beheading His Father-In-Law
Police in Indonesia have arrested the man accused. They have initiated their investigation and are determined to get to the bottom of this event. Needless to say, they are working very hard trying to gather as much evidence as possible and make a solid case against the accused.
I think most of you, like me, will be feeling very sad for the the man’s wife and his mother-in-law. Nobody can imagine that their husband would kill their father. They will indeed find it very difficult to accept this terrifying reality.
What Really Happened?
I don’t know which is more heartbreaking, this gruesome murder or the reason for it. Apparently, Arthur Leigh Welohr killed his father-in-law, Agus Sopiyon, by beheading him. The reason for the murder was just an argument. Arthur and his father-in-law were a part of the same business, and they had a dispute over it.
I don’t think that during the argument, Agus had no idea what was waiting for him on the other side. In a sudden feat of rage, Arthur slit his father-in-law’s throat. In the end, his head was barely hanging from his body while blood kept gushing out of the open wound.
If you think this is a sudden event, it is not. See, this is not the first time Arthur has done something of this sort. Apparently, he has a history of violence.
About a decade ago, he attacked a man and woman in a very similar manner. He tried to cut them with a sword after they had a heated argument with him. Arthur was arrested and charged with an attempted murder case.
This time, the local Bajar police caught him and took him into custody. They are hell-bent on making a strong case against Arthur and see that justice is served. A British Tabloid posted a video that shows Arthur being restrained and taken away by the police.
Arthur’s Background
If anyone goes through Arthur’s LinkedIn account, they will find all his educational qualifications. He studied Business Studies and Horticulture at City College of San Francisco. His aim in life was to run a small Blueberry farm of his own.
Although he started teaching in nursery school, he never forgot about his dreams. In the year 2021, his dream finally came true. His father wrote a post in December of the year 2021, saying that his son Arthur would be shifting to Java. There, he will be getting married and starting a farm of his own.
But Arthur’s LinkedIn profile doesn’t say everything about him. Apparently, the man had attacked an elderly couple in their 50s with a sword. His wife and in-laws were also not spared from his madness.
Upon investigation, police found that Arthur often times indulges in vandalism. His wife has mostly paid for the damages he caused and tried to cover them up.
Did Anyone Try to Stop the Attack
Apparently, nobody came to the aid of Agus, who himself was 50 years old at the time of his death. The neighbors heard a lot of yelling. But none of them paid any heed to it, thinking it was just a heated argument. None of them could even imagine that it would soon turn into a bloodbath. Only after the deed was done that they come to their senses.
