The Sea place floating resort is an upmarket hotel that will swim soon in the Dubai Marine. Already a buyer has purchased the villas named Neptune connected to it. He bought it at the opening ceremony itself.
The project worth AED 600 million got unveiled at the event at Dubai’s Armani Hotel. The project consists of a hotel floating at the centre and with six glass boat houses that links with the hotel. The villas are very expensive and will take millions of dirhams to purchase.
The Neptune floating villas look like a yacht and home. The villas are two floors with a balcony, entertaining area, swimming pool and more. Also, there are four bedrooms, six bathrooms, crew quarters and a living room in the property. Then, there is a kitchen and rooms for house-help. The house interiors furnished by the popular brand Aston Martin. That is why the place offers luxury at its best.
