The study shows teaching and watching your baby learn and grow has been shown to improve your memory, mental reasoning, and problem-solving skills which ultimately makes your brain sharp.

Is it a matter of worry to give birth after 35?
No, it’s not. You can start your family after 35 without any stress. You can still achieve a healthy pregnancy in this age which is also called ‘advanced maternal age’.
