Playboi Carti has recently taunted Frank Ocean in his direct Messages. The issue was about previewing new music. Playboi is getting active on messages nowadays. He posted a screenshot of the messages on his story and stirred a conversation.
The message read,
“Twin post a snippet or some if it’s up den it’s up? What? U scared.”
The post was left unread by Ocean. Recently, footage went viral. Ocean was seen in a studio, which hinted at a new release. It will be the first release by Ocean since 2020.
The teaser finds Ocean messing around in the studio. It was with Olaolu Slawn’s son, Beau. The video then transitions to the Blonde singer head-bobbing and flexing his muscles to the sounds of his latest creation, which features him harmonizing over a slice of warm production.
Frank released his last album in 2016 by the name Blonde. His latest material were singles, Dear April and Cayendo. An online leak featured his unreleased song These Days. It happened earlier this year. Frank acknowledged its existence by sharing the correct lyrics in an Instagram comment.
Ocean was teasing a snippet on Thursday. Cart slid into his DMs over the weekend, daring him to repost the unreleased clip. Then Playboi took a screenshot of the message and posted it on his Instagram story. Frank left it unseen. Carti has recently been very active on direct messages.
He dared him to post the entire snippet rather than just offering hints. What made it a part of the discussion is that he tried challenging him on DMs. He even posted a private conversation on the story. The fans of both stars viewed it. Carti teased Ocean, calling him scared. Earlier, a video with Beau went viral online. Ocean was seen messing with him in the studio.
