Lourdes Leon appears to have been turned away from the event due to her tardiness
Madonna’s daughter, Lourdes Leon, was recently rejected by the producers of a major fashion show. The 26-year-old was spotted with a visitor outside New York City’s Park Avenue Armory on Thursday night, where the Marc Jacobs Fall 2023 ready-to-wear catwalk show was held.
A TikTok video posted by mickmicknyc, who shares clips of celebrity events in New York City, shows security personnel turning away Leon and her visitor and claiming that the show had only just begun.
Insider reached out to Leon’s representatives for comment, but they have yet to respond. You can listen to an audio clip of Leon’s invited guest apologising for being late and pleading for permission to enter the event here. Security still needed to change their minds.
As a result, some paparazzi exclaimed, “That’s Madonna’s daughter!” or “Do you know who she is?” A brief, if muffled, the chorus of “Let her in!” also erupted.
