Now, this is a severe pandemic that can be happened to anyone and everyone in your periphery. It doesn’t matter how many precautions do you take. The worst part is that this is an infectious disease that can get transmitted from one person to another very easily if you don’t take things seriously. You may think that you are asymptomatic meaning you’ve got no symptoms but you are still able to spread it. So, you need to be very careful and take the safety measures to stop this virus here itself.
2. You are getting close to someone
You don’t know whether the other person is disease-free or not. So, it’s very natural to get infected by the other person who is having the disease and you might not be knowing. Even if you get closed to your loved ones, that’s not safe at all. You need to take care of them as well and it will be better for you as well and quarantine.
3. You are having any diseases like these before
If you have diseases like cardiovascular and respiratory problems, asthma, immunological disorders, diabetes or cancer. These aren’t mistakes, but avoiding social distancing would be a mistake during such a critical hour, as individuals who have these diseases already are more susceptible to getting affected by this coronavirus.
4. You are still going to crowded places
You are making a big mistake if you are still visiting crowded places such as supermarkets, public transport, restaurants or your favourite pubs. Even if you have visited such a place during the Coronavirus outbreak, what you need to do is wash your hands immediately after getting back home. Use hand sanitizer more frequently. Wear rubber gloves if you can. And don’t touch your face.
5. You are touching things
We are repeating, again and again, that wash your hands every 20 seconds, use sanitizers and so on. If you touch things like public transportation handrails, doorknobs, switches or toilet flushes. Again, wash your hands and don’t touch your face.
6. You are still handshaking with your friends
Don’t handshake at all because you never know from where you catch the disease. It will be good if you do Namaste or wave instead if you are greeting someone.
7. You are taking a poor diet
If you are having a poor diet during such times, it may affect your immune system very badly. You need to make your immune system very strong as much as you can. What you need to do is that you can have a lot of fruits and green vegetables or things which are rich in vitamins C and E, plus beta-carotene and zinc. It will save you from getting this virus.
